Learning Outcomes

The aim of the course is to help develop an in-depth personal experience of mindfulness and establish a sustained personal practice with a view to applying it in our daily lives.  It emphasises embodiment of the practice and cultivating kindness and compassion for ourselves and others.  The course is suitable for beginners or for those wishing to deepen their practice of mindfulness.

Previous participants have commented on how being on the course has helped them become more calm and focused, be more in control of their thoughts and emotions, deal with the ups and downs of work and life and allowed them to care for themselves in a very challenging job.
