(2023/24 pay award pending) Job Reference: 2305633 An opportunity has arisen for friendly, enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our Administration Staff Bank as a Bank Receptionist/Telephonist at Strathcarron Hospice. This is a key role, providing a welcoming first point of contact to patients, their families and to all visitors to the Hospice, whilst operating the telephone switchboard in a warm confident and professional manner. The ideal candidate will have previous reception/telephonist experience, strong customer care skills and the ability to deal with a wide range of people in an empathetic way. They will communicate in a warm friendly manner both face to face and on the telephone, with the flexibility to adapt to a range of tasks in an often changing and unpredictable environment.
