We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate leader to join the Hospice team to lead and develop the highly regarded Strathcarron [email protected] service in Forth Valley, Cumbernauld and Kilsyth.    If you are an experienced and innovative individual who has a passion for Hospice care  and a vision for influencing good end-of-life care for all, this opportunity could be for you.

We are looking for someone with strong leadership values and the ability to develop the service and an expanding team.  You will be registered on part 1 of the NMC register and hold a post-graduate certificate in Community Health / Palliative Care.  You should have a strong portfolio of community healthcare and leadership/management and be able to demonstrate a commitment to an outcome-focused approach to care.

The successful candidate must have the ability to think strategically and deliver clinical excellence. With a clear understanding of current priorities and developments in community healthcare you will be able to steer the [email protected] service in ways where it adds value and makes a difference to how and where people die.  The ability to work effectively across agencies and services is crucial.

As a leader, you will be able to work with an expanding team to foster leadership values and person-centred outcomes.  You will contribute to the ongoing development of the wider Hospice services in the community. You will also be able to demonstrate your ability to nurture and support staff learning in innovative and reflective ways.
