Strathcarron Hospice is here today for and because of the people of Forth Valley, Cumbernauld and Kilsyth. Strathcarron Hospice provide specialist hospice care allowing people to make the most of the time they have left. Having witnessed the amazing work they do, both myself and my son have decided to run both the Manchester marathon on the 14th April and Edinburgh marathon on the 26th May 2024, to raise funds for this amazing charity. Every year, Strathcarron provides care and support to over 1,400 people with a life-limiting illness or condition, at a time when both they and their family need it most. The Hospice philosophy is about living until you die and Strathcarron ensure people have every opportunity to achieve their goals right up until the last moment.

As an independent Hospice all care is provided free of charge and services include a 24-bed inpatient unit, Day Care, Hospice@Home, Community Nurse Specialists and Lymphoedema clinic. Strathcarron need to raise over £14,315 every day to keep these services running.
This is going to be a huge challenge for me and Jason and any donations would be greatly appreciated. Jackie Torley
