My mum spent her final weeks at Strathcarron Hospice and the care provided was second to none. The team do an amazing job to comfort both patients and their families, and what really stands out to me is the love. From the front desk through to the catering staff, there’s a continuity of love and that’s a special thing. To give back, last year myself, family and friends fundraised to ‘pay for a day’ in my mum’s memory and raised over £12,900. This year we are aiming to raise even more for this incredible organisation and have a number of fundraisers lined up including:
Through the Decades Fundraising Night – organised with my good friend David Wilson
Running the Edinburgh Marathon
Kilimanjaro Race Night
Climbing Kilimanjaro - postponed to September 2021
Strathcarron 10K Race 2020
£218 challenge for the 40th Anniversary - Land's End to John O'Groats Virtual Challenge
Strathcarron 40th Anniversary 10K Race 2021 - £180 raised

Any donation, big or small, really will help to make a difference to the Hospice.
Thanks for your support.
