On the 25th August, we'll be turning ourselves into swamp-beasts on a two mile, muddy obstacle course to raise money for a brilliant cause.

Strathcarron Hospice is a special place - we've seen first-hand how it allows people facing terminal illness to live their final weeks with dignity. The Hospice believes that people should not only die well, but live well until the end of life and they stay true to their word. We're indebted to them for the wonderful care they provided to Eva, Rannoch's sister, in her final weeks.

Every day of the year the Hospice needs to raise over £12,900 just to keep its existing services running; even the smallest of contributions is hugely appreciated.
