It has been our intention to do something significant in the way of fund raising for this wonderful local charity/institution for some time now, in appreciation of the wonderful care they provided, not only for our dad’s Terry Valentine and Hamish Mullen for the duration of their illnesses, but for the tremendous support they provided to both our families at probably the worst times of our lives. Therefore, we’ve decided now is the time to stop procrastinating!!

We (myself and Lorna Muirhead) have signed up to do the Sahara Desert Trek from the 2nd – 7th November in aid of the Hospice and in memory of both our dads.

We are trying to raise as much funds as we possibly can so have arranged a couple of fundraising events on the lead up to this, so any donations to this wonderful cause would be gratefully received no matter how big or how small.
