• Key Learning:
  • Participants will have an opportunity to reflect on how they discover people’s strengths and passions, and how to work alongside people so they can identify and work towards their own goals
  • Participants will reflect on the theoretical underpinnings of a goal setting intervention G-AP PC (Goal setting and Action Planning for Palliative Care) and good life conversations
  • Participants will explore the relevance of Asset Based Community Development principles to support people to live well until they die
  • Participants will have confidence in using G-AP PC and have a greater awareness of the impact of strengths led practise in a palliative care setting
