Strathcarron Hospice 10K 2024

Sign up today and pound the pavements in support of your local hospice this October! This 10K route around Denny & Bonnybridge begins at Denny High School, not too far from the hospice. All runners aged 15+ are welcome, from first-timers to seasoned athletes! Use code - 10KRUN - for £5 off standard entry.

On the day our Hospice Mascot Ron will make a special appearance, along with LifeFit Wellness who will be there with their niggle clinic and Central FM providing some motivational music!

Can't make it in person? Participate virtually between 6am-6pm on Sunday 13^th October. Connect your fundraising page to Strava to track your time and earn a finishers medal.

Are you aged 15-16 or School age?

For our younger runners, we will once again be awarding the Paul Canavan Memorial Cup to the fastest runner, male or female, aged 15-16 years; and also our school's shield to the fastest 15yrs to school-age participant.

Can't take part on the day but would still like to be involved? We require lots of route marshals on the day to help encourage our runners and direct them round the route, please fill out this volunteer interest form and our team will be in touch with further information.
