In some cases where you are dissatisfied with our patient services you may wish to use our formal complaints procedure.

Complaints

It is our aim to provide the very highest standard of care and service for all our patients, their families and carers. We are dedicated to consistently meeting your high expectations and regularly monitor our performance to make sure we continue to do this. Therefore we would like to hear from you if you are in any way dissatisfied.

This will help us to give you the service you deserve and help us to improve our services for others.

We understand that you might feel uneasy discussing any issues you have with us, because you fear it might affect your or your loved one’s day-to-day care, or the relationships you have built with our staff. However be reassured that any matter discussed would not only be dealt with confidentially but would be resolved as soon as possible so that you can continue to benefit from the services offered by Strathcarron Hospice.

If you do have an issue you wish to bring to our attention, please speak to any member of staff or call Strathcarron Hospice. A copy of the Complaints procedure is available from reception or any member of staff on request.
