Strathcarron is where my mum, Aileen, spent her last days in 2023. Since then, I have always wanted to do something to raise money for the hospice and to honour her life. On the 14th of May, I’m going to be starting a running journey that will take me from the border of Scotland and England to Cape Wrath in the north. Over 17 days, I will run 420 miles, which is roughly a marathon a day 😅. Although this challenge will be tough, I will constantly be motivated by the work of the staff and how lucky I am to have my health.
