Peter was the much loved husband of Rita, proud and devoted dad of Stuart and Fiona, supportive dad in law of Diane and Mark, and a brother, uncle, cousin and good friend to many, and is so very much missed. Peter was diagnosed with advanced oesophageal cancer before he sadly passed away less than seven weeks later, in the early hours of 17 September 2023. He had spent the last six days of his life in the wonderful care of the inpatient team of Strathcarron Hospice; the care provided was truly person centred and so very supportive of both him and the family. As a family, we wish to raise funds for the hospice in memory of Peter, including donations totalling £500.00 made at his funeral.
