Margaret gave of her time and love to everyone. Passionate about music, cookery, family and most especially outdoor learning - teaching it over 30 years before it became mainstream in schools today. She planted hundreds of apple trees throughout Central Scotland and her legacy is certain to grow year by year. She will be sorely missed. The care Margaret received at Strathcarron was excellent. In fact, the whole family was supported in every way, for which we are most grateful.
