Our lovely and amazing mother, grandmother and friend Maureen (Mo) will be remembered for her steadfast love and support for her family, however far-flung. She spent an interesting life travelling all over the world; her sense of adventure and her dry wit made her a lot of fun to be around. Her laugh was infectious and joyful. She was an incredible gardener, and worked in her garden as long as she was able, creating fragrant and beautiful spaces wherever she lived. She loved animals, especially cats, and any that were lucky enough to be adopted by her were very well treated! Sadly missed by her daughters and grandsons, she leaves a trove of beautiful memories for us and will be reunited with her loving husband Bob. Strathcarron took incredible care of her (and us) in her last days with kindness and compassion. “To plant a garden is to believe in tomorrow.”
