Victor Walker, husband to Cathy, father to Colin & Stewart, father in law to Lynda & Claire and Grandpa to Euan, Amy & Nathan he will be sorely missed by us all. Having started his working life in the Army, Vic moved to the catering corp where he learnt his trade as a chef. He then moved into civilian life and was head chef of the Highland hotel in Strathpeffer where he would run a kitchen cooking for over 150 guests each night. He followed this up by running his own restaurant and hotel. A keen DIY enthusiast, Vic would regularly be found in his beloved shed with its huge work bench building all manner of things from planters to tables - his large summer house being his biggest project in the garden. Always there to offer his advice and opinion (even when it wasn't asked for...) he loved helping others. Vic loved to cook for his family and a family occasion was just the excuse he needed for a bbq. RIP, we miss you.
