Yvonne, was the life and soul of the party her smile brought joy to all who knew her lighting up a room! She was kind, generous, thoughtful and funny - always thinking of others before herself. Yvonne was a much loved wife, mother, daughter, sister, niece, cousin and mother in law. She was also a thoughtful friend and colleague. Yvonne was a fighter and fought hard throughout her illness were so proud of her. While she was taken too soon, were thankful and grateful for all the memories that we will cherish - we will strive to make her proud in everything we do. As a family we appreciate the support Strathcarron provided throught mum's illness - we can't put into words how much the staff made mum and us feel comfortable and welcome in the hospice. To show our appreciation instead of flowers we would appreciate any donations to the hospice as a way of saying a massive thank you but also so they can continue to provide the outstanding services to other family's in the future.
