Experience the world of MMA in a safe and enjoyable environment with 8 weeks of FREE training, that will lead up to your big night fighting in a cage in front of a huge crowd at one of our glamorous events. Raise money for Strathcarron Hospice and get in great shape!

The training is aimed at both male and female beginners who have no prior MMA experience; you will receive 8 weeks of FREE training (worth £300) at Gracie Barra Fife MMA gym in Dunfermline with professional MMA coaches.

This will give you the opportunity to become extremely fit and teach you the techniques you will need for your fight. The training regimes will ensure that you are in the fittest condition of your life and will be feeling great!

At the end of the 8 weeks training, you will be fairly matched based on weight, fitness, ability & age with an opponent from the group you have trained with to ensure a fair competitive bout.

We ask all participants to pledge to raise a minimum of £50 for Strathcarron Hospice. 

You are also required to sell tickets to the event, all ticket money goes to cover the cost of running the event and putting on the training.

Training will begin wc 26/08/2024 at Gracie Barra Fife Elgin Street Dunfermline KY12 7SD with event taking place in Portobello Town Hall, Edinburgh on 18/10/2024.
