Meet some of the team: Charlie has worked as a Home Care Support Worker at Creative Homecare for 10 months. “I saw the job at Creative Home care advertised and thought I would apply”.  

He has already impressed the management team with his natural caring skills and ambition to do the best for his customers, that they are now funding him to achieve an SVQ11 Award in Health and Social Care.  

“I now feel more confident in my abilities when visiting my customers, from lifting and handling to more emotional issues, should they arise. We can also request training in areas that we feel less confident in. I think this is incredibly important. It is the most rewarding job in the world”!  

Shona has a long standing background in care and has worked as a Home Care Support Worker at Creative Homecare for just over a year.

This means that I’m getting to spend time with people, finding out what their preferences are, so I can make a real difference in their lives.
