Duties include covering for absences of other Retail Managers, day to day management of the charity shops and assisting in the development of our new Stenhousemuir Store and Furniture Store. We are looking for applicants with good communication skills, strong retail backgrounds with experience in visual presentation, marketing strategies, and stock control. You will work closely with other Retail Managers and our volunteers to maximise sales and provide excellent customer service. We are ambitious to develop our shops and you will be instrumental in driving projects to implement new systems, ideas and products. Applicants must have a clean driving licence and access to the use of a vehicle to enable them to visit any of our outlets. Applicants should be flexible and able to work at weekends and cover other shops when required. Expand STRATHCARRON HOSPICE Healthcare Support Worker Live Your Life Team Permanent Full Time: 15 hours per week Salary: Band 2 £23,362 - £25,368 per annum. Ref No: 2404667 A unique and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Healthcare Support Worker/Administrative Assistant to join the Live Your Life service at Strathcarron Hospice. The Live Your Life service is a new and innovative offer at Strathcarron Hospice. Our aim is to: • Open access to hospice support, without the need for a professional referral • Reach more people with palliative care needs, earlier in their journey • Enable people with life limiting conditions to live well with their illness and shape their own support – this includes support for their care partners. You will work as part of the multidisciplinary team to support effective clinical care and well-being for people living with life limiting conditions and their families. Using a goal focussed approach to care, you will provide telephone, virtual and face-to-face support for people on our caseload, to support them to live as well as they can for as long as they can. Your role will also include administrative and clerical support to the Live Your Life Lead Nurse and wider team. You should be an excellent communicator and have previous experience of working with people with palliative care needs. Previous clerical experience is desirable.
