A warm welcome to our new Catering Manager Kim

A huge welcome to Kim our new Catering Manager who has joined our Strathcarron team.

Kim has previously worked as the Catering Manager at Edinburgh College and ran her own catering businesses and The Zulu Lounge bistro.

Kim was searching for a role with purpose and believes she has found it here at the Hospice and we are delighted to have her on board.

She says: “The Hospice is a wonderful place to work with great staff. I have already settled in! It is a joy knowing we are making patients and their families happy with what we produce in the kitchen. 

“I love coming to work and being able to grow and develop my staff and increase their confidence in the kitchen. I look forward to expanding my teams training and education opportunities. I have lots of ideas to take forward with a focus on giving patients, families, friends and staff a safe enjoyable place to come and sit whilst getting tasty nutritious food in the Hospice.”
