Andrew Malcolm, The Malcolm Group

The Donald Malcolm Foundation, launched in December 2023, is a charitable organisation dedicated to making a positive impact in the communities where The Malcolm Group live and work. Strathcarron Hospice was delighted to be chosen as the charity partner for the Malcolm Group Grangemouth depot in August 2024 and since then, together the staff team with matched funding from the Foundation, have raised more than £29,000.

Amrit Dhillon, Candied

For the past 11 years, the team at Candied have dedicated themselves to supporting Strathcarron Hospice with the charity partnership truly engrained in their business. From sales marketing to staff fundraising, Candied have truly embraced charitable giving in their business model.

Julie Hannon, Hannon Financial Planning

Expertise and skills sharing can be an invaluable means of supporting a charity and this is something Julie has committed too for over 10 years in her role as a Chartered Financial Planner. Delivering workshops on Financial Wellbeing and Retirement Planning, Julie has given valuable advice and guidance to scores of staff and volunteers.

Roslyn Cameron, Merck

As part of a global business, the Merck Stirling site has taken the business’s employee representative body model and made it into something truly remarkable. The team incorporate their charitable efforts on site into their employee engagement activity with remarkable results – both for staff engagement and for Strathcarron Hospice as their nominated charity.
