Throughout the pandemic, the Strathcarron Hospice team have been able to continue to provide care and support, advice and a listening ear to people in the communities across the Forth Valley. Without the support of our communities the truth is that we simply couldn’t have done it all. You have supported us financially, with practical donations and many acts of kindness. Never has it been so true that “we are in this together”.

Now that life is beginning to open up after the COVID crisis, we are looking for people who will once again work alongside us as volunteers. As we begin to open up some of our shops, continue to grow our compassionate support in communities and reshape the work in the Hospice building, we need volunteers to help us make all this happen.

If you have time to spare and are looking for a new opportunity to get involved in a versatile organisation, why not think about bringing your skills to Strathcarron Hospice? We can put your skills to good use or give you the chance to develop ones – whether in retail, admin, reception, your own neighbourhood, creative arts or a range of other roles. Your involvement will make all the difference to building our work going forward. We will provide any training you need and you can be confident that whichever area you contribute to; the environment will be as COVID safe as possible.
