Education and training is a huge part of what we do as a Hospice. A process of continual learning, ensures our teams continue to be at the cutting edge of research and treatments across all areas of palliative and end of life care, for the benefit of patients. We have our own department of Education, Research and Practice Development who underpin one of the pillars of palliative care; to provide education for others. Strathcarron Hospice is passionate about supporting this vision.

Fundraising Groups

We have a variety of Fundraising Groups associated with the Hospice, including our Friends of Strathcarron, who come together to have fun and raise vital funds for the Hospice at the same time.
School & College Groups

We actively work and engage with young people in a number of ways within our local communities and would be delighted to hear from your school or group.
Pay for a Day

We need to raise over £14,632 every day to keep our vital services running and you can support us by paying for 24 hours of care on a day of your choice. You might even like to tie this in with a significant organisational milestone.

Volunteer for us

Our wonderfully enthusiastic volunteers donate their time in so many incredible ways – from volunteering in our shops, to managing our reception, to offering comfort and support to patients and their families.
