Hospice Services

Whether you’re living with a life limiting illness, caring for someone who is, or grieving over the death of a loved one, we’re here to help.

Many people believe hospice care is about dying but at Strathcarron, we believe it’s also all about living your live well. We aim to help you or your loved one live a fulfilling life for as long as possible.

As part of a wider team, we create a personal care plan, to ensure you receive the best possible care and support, whatever the stage of your journey. Setting goals enables people to live well despite their condition and related symptoms.

A care plan always starts with the question, ‘what matters to you?’.

The earlier you speak to us, the better.
